Terms of Access

These terms govern access to earnindex.online and to any paid item offered through it. Using the site means accepting them. Where a separate written agreement covers a specific item, that agreement prevails for that item.

Eligibility

The site is intended for readers aged 18 or over. It is not directed at children and no material here is prepared for them.

What is offered

Earn Index publishes editorial notes about published research and official statistics concerning platform work and online side income. It is a publication. It is not a course, an advisory service, a consultancy, a training programme or a plan of action, and nothing here is offered as one.

Licence of use

Access is granted for personal, non-commercial reading. Short quotations with attribution and a link are welcome. Republishing a note in whole, redistributing it, or reproducing it in a paid or advertising-supported product requires written permission. Automated bulk collection of these pages is not permitted.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, code and visual identity of this site belong to Earn Index, except for material quoted from cited sources, which remains with its authors and publishers and is used for the purpose of comment and criticism. The names of researchers, institutions and publications are used descriptively and imply no endorsement of, or association with, this publication.

No professional relationship

Reading this site, corresponding with it, or purchasing an item from it does not create any professional, advisory, fiduciary, employment or client relationship. Nothing published here is professional, financial, investment, tax, legal, employment or career advice, and nothing here substitutes for a qualified professional who has examined the particulars of a situation.

No claim of results

No page states or implies an outcome for any reader. Findings summarised here describe measured populations under stated conditions in stated periods. Earn Index makes no representation that any figure reported in a study is attainable by, or applicable to, any individual, and no content is described as a method, system, formula or sequence of steps that produces a result.

Accuracy and availability

Notes are written with care from published sources and are corrected when an error is identified, under the policy on the Method page. Cited research may itself be superseded, revised or withdrawn by its authors; where that is known, the note records it. The site is provided as it stands, and no assurance is given that it will be uninterrupted or free of error.

Paid items and payment disputes

Where a paid compilation is offered, the price, the format and what it contains are stated on the page offering it. Payment is handled by a third-party processor under its own terms. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Any dispute about a charge should be raised in writing at support@earnindex.online before a chargeback is initiated, so that the record can be checked and, where a refund is due, paid directly.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Earn Index is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this site or reliance on any note published here. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer rights under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date shown at the head of the document. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law and forum

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes are subject to the courts of the publisher's domicile, without prejudice to a consumer's right to bring proceedings in the forum of their own domicile where the applicable law so provides.
